"The Rochester Marriott Airport was in need of a full-scale renovation to compete with hotels in the area. The Delmonte Corporation turned to Norbert Hausner of NH Architecture to take up this task. The end result is an award winning transformation that gives guests the feeling of staying in a different city not on the outskirts of Downtown Rochester.

This renovation included the exterior and the complete interior from the ballroom to the bar to the guest rooms and corridors. The need to bring this hotel above the standard found in the Rochester market was going to be addressed mostly in the lighting upgrades along with upgrades in carpet and wall covering. The bar/restaurant was designed with natural elements in mind. Using stone and earth tones on the wall along with the perfect selections of light fixtures, makes this space ideal to enjoy a cocktail in, at any time of night."
