Project Architect
Roger Langer’s responsibilities include coordination of the architectural design team and engineering consultants from the schematic design phase through the construction document phase. He is active in designing, estimating, project administration and construction management of residential institutional, industrial and commercial projects. Completed projects include; Class ‘A’ office buildings, industrial warehouse buildings, golf course clubhouse, custom homes, community facilities, low-income and market rate developments, retail and office.
Project coordination of housing facilities has consisted of review and analysis of existing site, building interior and exterior conditions; compiling data and preparing recommendation reports for future improvements; assembly of design and consultant team for preparation of construction documents; budget estimating and review of bidding results; construction administration; and review of contractor’s construction schedule.

Other responsibilities include: preliminary design, estimating, writing specifications, client liaison, shop drawing and submittal reviews and code research.
